Fraudulent Telegram group using our name.

We have become aware of a fraudulent Telegram group that has been unlawfully using our company name, N PrimePartners Capital Pte. Ltd., logo, and names of senior management to promote investment opportunities and solicit funds from the public.

What has been noted

Three entities impersonating the firm

1. Telegram group: t.me/VirtuFNC, which displays as “n_PRIME Partners Capital” in stylised unicode characters.

2. User account: t.me/N_primepartners, “N PrimePartners Relationship”, posting into the group under a “MANAGEMENT” tag.

3. An associated website, a fake trading dashboard branded “PRIME Partners”, is used to take deposits.

Please be advised that the aforesaid Telegram group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by our company.

How to protect yourself

Five precautions we strongly recommend

• Do not join or engage with the fraudulent Telegram group.
• If you are automatically added to a random Telegram scam group, you should leave and exit the group immediately.
• Do not transfer funds or disclose personal or financial information to anyone claiming to represent our company through unofficial channels.
• Verify all communications by contacting us through our official communication channels before taking any action.
• Report suspicious messages or accounts impersonating our company to Telegram and notify us immediately.

We are taking this matter seriously and are working with the relevant authorities and platforms to address the unauthorized use of our company name.
