to N PrimePartners Capital Pte. Ltd. with effect from 4 April 2024.
The new name reflects our evolving focus and commitment to providing you
with the best services and solutions in the industry. While the name has
changed, our dedication to delivering exceptional service remains the same.
We want to reassure you that this change in our Company’s name does not
impact the terms and conditions of the existing signed contracts or agreements
you have with us. All rights and obligations under these agreements remain
unchanged.
Moving forward, all new business correspondence, invoices, orders, new
contracts or amendments to existing contracts, as well as all other negotiations
conducted between our Company and you will be implemented under the new
business name.
