Synlian Fund
Synlian Fund (VCC fund) invest mainly, but not limited to, in quantum finance for the Food & Agriculture Industry connecting supply chains for large enterprise and thousands of small independent farmers around the world
The strategy addresses two fundamental problems which are food insecurity where food demand will be 70% higher and agriculture yield from land use will reduce by 20% and sustainability where food-related emissions will increase by 46% while demand for agricultural land will increase by 49%.
Lifestyle Fund
This listed vehicle targets lifestyle investment portfolio of lower risk assets in Spain with a primary focus on Hospitality, Agriculture and F&B.
This program allows non-EU citizens to become permanent residents, with proof of a substantial capital investment in Spain. By investing one million euros and staying in Spain at least one day a year, the investors and its dependants will have the possibility to live, work, study and travel freely in the EU region.
NPrime, having Spanish roots, has brought diversification to our global clients. With our local Spanish expertise, track record and know how, we decided to launch the Vega Espasia, closely collaborating with a local Asian partner to have a broader impact.
Digital Media Fund
The Digital Media Fund (VC/PE fund) has been established as a Variable Capital Company (VCC) and invests mainly, but not limited to, areas such as eGames, eSports, Customer Monetisation, Media Platforms and eLearning.
The fund seeks Investment opportunities in the digital world aiming to invest in Convertible Debt to Equity, Venture Debt and Venture Cap/ Private Equity structures with a view to value-add and create substantial risk-adjusted upside over the fund operation.
The strategy transcends classic sectors and industries by investing in global companies that will benefit from the robust emerging theme that rests on strong secular growth in Asia.
Aviation Fund
UAVCC is an investment company which focuses on investing in aviation assets including aircraft, airframes, engines, parts and other operating assets that are leased to air operators so as to generate income for investors.
The Company shall only invest in assets backed by charters from air operators based in politically and economically stable countries within Asia, Europe and the Americas. Its manager, NPrime, creates aircraft financing structures to facilitate transactional relationships between the air operators and UAVCC.
The Company has identified opportunities to invest a total of about US$80-100 mn in the form of equity, mezzanine financing and/or debt instruments.
